This year saw the striking rediscovery of Ithell Colquhoun, artist, novelist, alchemist, adept of magic: Pushkin Press has reissued her writings, including the fine travel memoir The Living Stones: Cornwall. Ithell Colquhoun: Between Worlds, edited by Katy Norris (Tate), includes finely researched essays by Alyce Mahon et al. Finally, a delight for bookworms: Janelle Rebel’s Bibliographic Performances and Surrogate Readings (Everyday Press) inventories ways of arranging book lists, both lucid and ludic
