Join for an evening of conversation at the Warburg Institute with writer Ella Finer and eminent, writer, mythographer and cultural historian Marina Warner.

Ella Finer’s new book The Cosmic Oval takes a nocturnal entrance into an exploration of feminist cosmologies and the way knowledge moves through bodies and time. Beginning from The Cosmic Oval, this conversation explores interwoven strands of cosmology and culture and images of the cosmos, responding imaginatively to architectural critic and designer Charles Jencks’ microcosmic design for The Cosmic House’s entrance hall. Together, Finer and Warner ask how histories are composed and how the fabric of culture transforms through time.
