For A Good Read on Radio 4 in March, with Tim Marlow and Sue McGregor, MW has chosen Adolfo Bioy Casares’s science fiction fable, The Invention of Morel.

24-25 March Conference Cinematicity, to be held at the University of Essex. MW will be speaking on magic carpets among other things:

May 31: MW is appearing to present her book Phantasmagoria at the Hay on Wye Festival : 2.30 pm

MW is currently a judge of the John Florio prize for Italian translation and the Arts Council prize for Italian literature in translation.
